Tile floors are throughout the kitchen and dining area. There is lots of counter space, a beautiful bay window looks out form over the double kitchen sink. The center brick that is in between the kitchen and the main room has an indoor bar-b-q grill on the kitchen side, and a fireplace on the main room side.
The dining area has a lovely large south facing sliding glass door and window as well as a skylight.
The walk-through pantry leads from the kitchen to the laundry room, and the far room on the other side. It has ample storage space and a high ceiling.
Please note: In the pictures the room is currently being remodeled and has not yet had its upper windows placed in.
The laundry room area has plenty of space to work in, and the door can be shut to close it off from the rest of the house. There is a custom made built-in laundry table that folds up against the wall whan not in use. It has space for a stacked washer and dryer, and there is custom shelving to hold your supplies.
